Waiver Master is a Cloud Document Management platform already helping thousands of businesses to process various types of forms and documents, organize customers, grow marketing and improve operations!

How to get started?
Please login into WM control panel, and upload a document, or a form you currently have your customers to fill out and/or sign.
Depending on your business type, that could be an agreement, store policy, waiver, release, member registration, liability, questionnaire, contract, etc. etc.
You can upload the following formats: word, pdf, or pages. Once we get it, we will process it for Waiver Master to ensure that it works on phones, tablets, computers, apps and point-of-sale terminals.
Please note that trial is limited to one single-page document with standard fields. If your document is too large, we may process it partially, or contact you with any questions!
How long would it take for my first document and account to be ready?
If you signed up for a free trial, your document is added to the trial processing queue, and depending on how full it is, it can take up to 10 business days. Average processing time is 1-3 business days. If you signed up for a paid account, it takes 1-3 business days depending on your document complexity and size.
A free trial account is limited to one single-page document, and if your document is significantly larger, we will set up your account as a demo with a partial document so that you can experience our service. Once you are ready to upgrade, we will process the rest of your document.
Please note that images/scans will take longer to process than word/pages/text files.
How do my customers fill out my forms/documents and how can I access that data?
Once your document is processed and your account is activated, you will receive links that you can add to your website and/or social networks for your customers to access the documents.
You will also get codes for our iPad/Android Apps so that your customers can fill out/sign documents at your business locations.
If you are using Square, Clover, MINDBODY, Booker or ePOS you will also be able to run and/or integrate Waiver Master with your point-of-sale system.
You will also get your login credentials to Waiver Master control panel, where you can view, search, and export all your customer submitted data at any time.
