WHITESTONE CHEESE HALLOUMI CHIPS

Create your own halloumi chips at home!

Cut your halloumi into long sticks approximately 1cm thick.
Fry in a frying pan on a high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Best enjoyed hot straight out of the pan.
Try serving with a salsa, try drizzling with honey, or with Heritage Preserves Capsicum and Chilli Chutney.
