Altair Health is Offering Free Virtual Classes!

To help you connect with others and stay active, Altair Health is offering you a way to exercise, stretch, build balance and strength - right from your home - and free of charge for a limited time! All you need is a computer or smartphone to can connect to our live classes via Zoom!

Please register for the class you are interested in. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to be used at the time of your class. Please save this Zoom link. The same link will be used for all future classes.

Chair: Stretch, Strengthen, Balance

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-1:30 pm

This 30-minute class can help improve and maintain mobility. This class is appropriate for those who have trouble getting up and down easily from the floor No experience is necessary.

Mat: Gentle Yoga

Thursdays from 4:15-5:00 pm

This beginner-level therapeutic yoga class can help to improve joint mobility. To participate in this class, you must be able to get up and down from the floor and support yourself on your hands and knees. No experience is necessary.
