Dear Friends of Artist Residence,
As you will know, hospitality businesses have now been asked to close their doors due to the ever-changing COVID_19 situation, and so it is with heavy hearts that we will be doing something we never imagined we''d do, and will be closing all of our hotels from Monday 23rd March until Thursday 30th April.
Our reservations team are working to get in touch with all guests who have reservations within this time to reschedule, arrange credit or refund bookings, please bear with us if you''ve not yet heard anything as we will be in touch as soon as we can. You can also email the team and they will be on hand to respond from 10am - 2pm from Monday - Friday.
We really hope to be back up and running as soon as possible, so if you have a booking with us and you''re in a position to do so we would be incredibly grateful if you could reschedule your visit or keep credit on your account and give us the chance to welcome you to Artist Residence later in the year.
We will of course keep our current amended 24hr cancellation terms in place for bookings made or rescheduled during this period, so you will still be able to cancel at a later date should you need to - we know this is an ever-changing situation and will do whatever we can to ensure you have nothing to worry about when placing a booking with us.
We really are incredibly grateful for anything you can do to support us at this time - whether that''s by rescheduling your visit, making a booking for later in the year, or even purchasing a gift voucher. It truly will make all the difference to our teams and the business.
