Thanks for applying for a new trade account with Asmodee UK.

Please see the link to our New Customer Criteria which outlines our requirements to set up a new account.

In order for us to proceed with your application we will need to see that the below information is easily accessible from your website’s home page:

0. Your official business name and a postal contact address under your “contact us” section.
1. delivery arrangements, costs and how long goods will take to arrive.
2. Information detailing the customer’s right to cancel  or amend any order before it has been dispatched and after it has dispatched (returns policy).
3. Liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
4. Responsibility for costs of goods return. Be aware that unless you state different you are legally liable to cover all return costs regardless of the reason for the return.

In order for us to proceed, we will need to verify that your location is a retail store.

Please send us the following information:

0. Your opening hours
1. An image of the front of your store with appropriate signage
2. Several images of your shop floor (as an overview)
3. An image of your till area
4. An image of your sales area (where you intend to display stock)

Please ensure that the above information is included on your website. If this information is already included, please highlight where this can be found.
