Defining and deciding on strategy
Mike Cashman, Chair of MK Money Lifeline, will lead this surgery and share his experience of leading MK Money Lifeline through a process of defining a new strategy. He will explain how the organisation decided to identify and choose between a number of very different strategic options.

John Williams, Vice Chair of Association of Chairs, will share his experience of being a Vice Chair and what this means in terms of supporting the Chair. He will also discuss how the Vice Chair can help develop the board as an effective team.
