We're delighted to have partnered with Havana 7 to create something very special indeed! The Havana teams and our drinks guru Lucas locked heads and came up with the corner shop cocktail! The idea behind it is you can purchase any of the ingredients of our Rum Jelly Fizz and easily make our delicious cocktail in the comforts of your own home.
Rum Jelly Fizz recipe:
Hartleys raspberry jelly (1 heaped spoon), sugar syrup (12.5ml), lime juice (12.5ml), apple juice (20ml), Havana 7yr rum (50ml), shaken together, served with crushed ice and topped with Rubicon lychee.
We've also developed 4 more incredible drinks for the specials menu using their brand new Edici?n Profesional range! These rums are the world's first developed directly with bartenders for bartenders and now they are ready for you to get stuck into!
You can get your hands on our cornershop cocktail for ?6 at any Big Chill location for the whole month of October with a London Cocktail Month wristband. The wristbands can be purchased on their website and picked up at either of our bars.
