BIKERIDE ANNOUNCES CYCLING GIVEAWAYS 

Our cycling community is growing: more members, events in our calendar and forum discussions. It is time to add some more excitement! We are now announcing the BikeRide's monthly giveaways. Each month you will have the chance to win innovative & practical cycling products. There is already something special prepared for the giveaway that starts on the 1st of December.

As you have already opened this newsletter and got this far, perhaps you can help our forum members by answering some cycling questions. @Henry_G needs advice on cyclocross pedals because his Shimano M540 can't properly deal with the mud. @TxSwimDad is modding his Schwinn Jaguar and has some guidance questions. What is new on the Forum? Patrick is looking for a commuter bicycle or 'errand runner' in Houston, that's compatible with a trailer. He has eyes on Trek 7.2 and 7.0, a Cannondale Adventure or a Giant Escape. Do you have any other suggestions? @Zviedrs looks back at this cycling season and his first century ride. What was your longest bike ride in 2019? In our repairs & mechanics section @brno dealt with rusty chain by applying some WD40 and Soudal chain lube. Do you agree with @painkiller that WD40 should never be used on chains?

@bikeuser12341231 has had 2009 RockShox Argyle 318 suspension fork for a few years and is worried about oil leakage. Is it damaged? Lastly, is there anyone here from Canada, specifically Ontario or Toronto? Our new member @Martin is looking to connect with other Canadians to 'talk bikes' both in person and remotely.
