We are sorry to inform you that any new referrer accounts received after 29 December 2019 will not receive the 1% referral commission.

Rest assured, previously qualified referral will continue to receive 1% commission for every top-up until further notice.

This issue is mainly faced by Unifi customers. After reaching out to Unifi, we have received feedback that they are experiencing an issue on international routing (affecting Hong Kong & US-based servers).

The expected timeline to resolve this issue is estimated to be by 6 PM MYT, 10 April 2020.

IF you do experience this, we advise you to connect to your mobile network or using a VPN when accessing a Billplz bill or logging into your Billplz dashboard within the next 24 hours.

• Existing Standard Plan is now known as
  Basic Plan - NO monthly fee with RM1.50 per paid FPX transaction

• Existing Preferred Plan is now known as
  Enterprise Plan - RM1,500 monthly fee with RM0.50 per paid FPX transaction

• Existing Priority Plan is now known as
  Enterprise Plan - RM1,500 monthly fee with RM0.70 per paid FPX transaction (real-time settlement)

We have also introduced a new membership plan.

NEW Standard Plan - RM150 per month with RM1.00 per paid FPX transaction.

Billplz understands the need to configure this setting to best suit our merchants'' preference.

Hence, Billplz is proud to announce our NEW Customer Receipt Notification feature.

We heard you! Our new feature allows merchants to send receipt email to customers system wide or per collection. Billplz members can also disable this setting completely.

We''ve noticed that some of you are a little confused about our new Membership plans announcement on the 27th March 2020.

Billplz would like to apologize for the confusion and reassure our Standard Plan members that your plan is now to be known as the new "Basic Plan."

This means that NOTHING changes when we launch our new Membership plans on the 1st April 2020. You will still enjoy our FREE subscription plan with an FPX transaction fee of RM1.50 per paid transaction.

Absolutely nothing. It is automatically done for you.
