Help support the beautiful people in our community through our new virtual yoga classes.

We hope you and your loved ones are safe, well and staying as positive as possible during these challenging times.

Like so many countries around the world, Costa Rica has been profoundly affected by COVID-19. The country''s protocol spared many lives, but the closing of borders has left many people struggling financially.

Although Bodhi Tree is currently closed, we have continued to support our community and family (our staff) through donating desperately needed food. In an effort to heal all hearts and souls, we want to use this time to deliver yoga and meditations to the world because we truly believe in the healing power of mindful movement. Our free live streams are available through our Facebook page starting tomorrow, Monday, April 27th at 3pm MT (5PM EST).?

If you'd like to support these beautiful people in our community, you can donate through PayPal here. Bodhi Tree will match all donations and 100% of the donations will go towards feeding our staff affected by our closure.

In addition to our free Facebook live streams, we are also running daily classes through Zoom starting Monday, April 27th at 8:30am MT. These intimate classes can be purchased and accessed by anyone with a free Zoom account.?

Just like your donations, your class purchase will help support our yoga instructors, as well as our staff.

Heather is the Owner and Lead Teacher of Harmony Yoga School.
