Eating food that converts easily to fuel + moves waste through your body + equips you with vitamins and minerals = a healthy physique for you.
This means you need to understand macros, such as proteins and healthy fats. You need to understand that some carbs are rich in fibre and therefore essential for your system, and what fruits and vegetables will keep your immune system, vision, and even brain functioning at full capacity.
