You will manage and grow our social media accounts and newsletter database, as well as create engaging content surrounding our teams, our brand and our community for the weekly newsletters and social platforms. This is a freelance role with potential to grow into a full-time contract. Estimated start date, Mid-March.

Marketing Manager
You're a kick-ass marketing genius with 3-5 years of experience under your belt, full of creative concepts and knowledge in your expertise. You'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. This will be a full-time role. Estimated start date is June.

At Boom Cycle we believe it's all about being active to feel as good as we possibly can. We''re so excited to announce our new Baby Boom pre & post-natal spinning classes, to support the expecting Mums in our community so they feel their best mentally both physically. 

Did you know that pregnant women with an uncomplicated pregnancy who are already active can safely continue their physical activities throughout their pregnancy? Further, women with an uncomplicated pregnancy new to activity can gradually build their activity level to improve their well-being.

Spinning is an incredible way to stay active when pregnant as it is low impact, you can get your heart rate up whilst sitting and you can take it at your own pace. Our BABY Boom Classes will offer the aspects you love about a Boom class and teach you how to modify them to ensure your comfort and enjoyment at every stage of your pregnancy.

Everyday Froday was founded in 2018 by Sade & Steph. It was great to see some of you at our Battersea Studio Boom Bar over the weekend. If you haven''t been to visit us yet, the Boom Bar will be returning later this week. Just follow us on Instagram to stay updated on the opening times.

Before stocking Skin in Motion on the Boom Shop, a number of our instructors put it to the test and loved how it felt and looked, especially when sweating it out on the bike.

Throughout October we are hosting a series of charity rides, sponsored by TIEM, to bring the Boom Cycle community together to raise awareness and money for the Pink Ribbon Foundation.

We are writing to let you know we will be closing all the studio doors from Thursday, November 5th, 2020 following the latest government announcement regarding the start of the second national lockdown.

All packages and subscriptions will be frozen from Thursday the 5th of November.

We wanted to say a big thank you for all your support thus far in 2020. It's been great being back in the studios and getting our sweat on together!

I have a pair of the Wild Thing 7/8 leggings and the matching Crop Bra. Whilst in lockdown my daily outfit mostly consists of a good pair of leggings and a hoodie. The Born Nouli leggings are not only soft but sooo comfortable. With spinning not an option I have been forcing myself to go running and they're perfect.

Does it *just* fit? Or does it flatter?
I would say both for sure. The leggings fit your body and pull you in... and in all the right places!

Are the bras supportive for spinning, running, yoga? High-intensity workouts?
They're really supportive, extremely comfortable and look fantastic. It's really hard to find a bra that offers a high level of support.

Do the leggings stay opaque when you bend over and stays up?

Can you stretch comfortably?

Really good quality fabric and they wash like a dream. I hate it when the colour/prints fade - they look like new after each wash!

Do the best you possibly can in every area of your business, but when you make a mistake, just learn from it. Oh and do not give up!

We are thrilled that we were able to see so many of you back on the bike in our Waterloo Studio last week! WHOOP. We missed you all, just a little bit... ok a lot! ??

We are often asked by pregnant women whether it is safe to continue spinning during pregnancy. Our answer to this is that as long as they have been advised by their doctor that it''s fine, then they can enjoy a ride with some small changes to make them more comfortable.

Spinning can be a great form of exercise during pregnancy as it is relatively low impact while allowing you to get your heart rate up and blood pumping!

We''ve had a few people slide into our DMs asking us what the difference is between our priority ride credits and normal ride credits, so we thought we''d give you the rundown.

Priority credits cost ?2 more per ride than normal credits. With priority credits, you can book a class 11 days in advance, in contrast to normal credits where you can book a class 7 days in advance.

If there''s a class you really love, or a bike that''s totally your favourite, we recommend buying a priority credit as you''ll be able to book your spot and guarantee your lucky bike number.

Beginning September 24 you can catch her in our Hammersmith Studio every Thursday at 6:45 AM.

From October she''ll be instructing in our Battersea Studio every Friday at 6:45 AM.

Every rider will now have to scan the studio''s QR code when they arrive using their NHS COVID-19 app. Each studio will have a unique QR code and posters featuring these codes will be displayed by the studio entrances for you to scan. 

Through doing this we will all help support contact tracing.

Masks must be worn in all common areas of the studios, unless you are exempt, as per retail rules in England. Don't worry, you won't have to wear a mask when sweating it out on a bike or in the changing rooms, but please wear a mask when you arrive at the studio and are waiting for your class in the common areas. 

Our front of house team members will also wear masks when they''re not working behind the reception screens unless they are exempt.

Before entering the studio each rider will have to undertake a non contact temperature check. If your temperature is 38 degrees celsius or above, you will not be able to ride.

We will be offering classes at reduced occupancy to allow for more space between bikes. Also, our schedule will change to offer more class times throughout the day to reflect our newly flexible schedules and allow 45 minutes between each class to ensure time for thorough cleaning of the bikes and studio. We are also upping our already comprehensive cleaning regime.

Boom Cycle remains cashless, please log into your account and add card details for contact-free purchases.

Please arrive no earlier than 25 minutes before the start time of your class and no later than 10 minutes before.

There will also be screens around the reception desk to minimise contact when arriving for your class. 

Will be provided for customer use.

Shoes will be disinfected and rotated so pairs will not be used in back to back classes. Shoes will be available for purchase in limited sizes. Sweat towels and shoes should be left on the handlebars of your bike after class.

Shoes in selected sizes are available to buy from the Boom Shop.

In addition to the shoes, saddle covers are also available to purchase.

Bring your own filled water bottle - if NEED be you can refill your water. There will also still be bottled water available for purchase.

To limit interactions between riders and staff please address issues on email only/not in the studio.

Do not leave before the class ends. When the class is over you will be directed to leave row by row to avoid a bottle neck at the studio door. Please wait for your row to be called.

We will still offer retail for purchase. Unfortunately, you cannot try items on in the studio. Returns are still accepted if the tags are on and the garment is returned in the state it was purchased. Any returned items will be held for 72 hours before returning for display/purchase

Shoes in sizes 39-41 will be available to buy online and in the studio from August 1. Sizes 42-46 will be available on pre-order, with the shoes arriving at the end of August.

The showers and changing rooms are now open at our studios. Please do however come ready to ride with a top to change into. If you really need to shower, very limited access to the showers will be available.

Our staff will receive extensive training in our Covid procedures.

Each staff will have a non-contact temperature check upon arrival and will be sent home if they have a temperature or feel ill. Employees will be told to self-isolate at home if they or someone they have been in contact with are showing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19.

Staff will be provided with appropriate PPE in areas where social distancing is challenging.
