Thank you very much for your enquiry. We would be delighted welcome you and your guests to The Pegasus Room at Brasserie of Light.

Please see below an overview of our private dining room. I have also attached our current brochure for further details:

• 22 guests on one long table or 24 guests across 4 round tables
• Private bar available in the room
• Lunch access: 12.00-17.00 and Dinner access: 18.30-midnight
• Menu cards, place cards and flowers are complimentary
• There is a music system within the room, however we do not allow DJs/amplified music
• We kindly require you to select one of our choice menus. Groups of up to 12 guests may order on the day from this menu. Groups of 13 guests or more are required to order their dishes two weeks prior to the event
• There is no room hire charge, however we kindly request a minimum spend on food and beverages plus a 12.5% service charge; this varies depending on the date you are looking to book

Prior authorisation from our PR department is required for all brand events, and any filming or photography on the premises. We must be made aware of all brand events before confirmation, with the brand name and nature of the event being provided to the Event Manager. Photography and filming for private events within the private dining room is permitted, providing the photographs and videos are used for personal use only and are not being published in any external material. The only exception to this would be if our PR department has granted pre-approval for imagery to be used by your brand for press or marketing purposes. For requests of this nature we require notification prior to confirmation, please ask the Event Manager for further details. No photographs or videos of the main restaurant area are permitted. Should a press release be issued surrounding your event, this will also need to be pre-authorised by our PR team. Full approval of the press release will be required if you wish to include our brand name within the release.
