Brewhouse and Kitchen Sign Up Information

Dear Friends of B&K,

​​Thank you for being avid supporters of our business. The last few weeks have been a challenging time for many people around the world and indeed the UK following the evolution and spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

​​Here at Brewhouse and Kitchen, our thoughts are very much centred around the well-being of our guests, team members and the wider community and as such felt it important to update you on the steps we are taking to respond to developments as they are announced:

​​1) Our teams are receiving updates on a regular basis to allow them to ensure they are working to the most current guidance and are following very robust procedures in terms of daily cleaning regimes including regular sanitizing of door handles, tables and bar surfaces.
​​ ​
​2) Where possible we would request guests make payments via card using contactless to minimise the handling of cash by our brewpub teams. ​
​​
​3) Our teams are aware of the procedure for self-monitoring, reporting and are clear on how we will support them during times where self-isolation is required, and the steps to follow when returning to work.
​​
​4) Clean, sanitized glassware will be available for all drinks – it would be a great help to our teams if guests are able to return their own empty glasses to the bar.

​​5) We will be open throughout the day to welcome those working from “Home” as we are mindful of many offices closing due to travel concerns, we have complimentary WiFi and other office services such as printing etc available in our brewpubs alongside Teas, Coffees and our lunch menu.

​​6) For our guests who have made prior bookings, we are remaining flexible so we can help reschedule gatherings of friends & family, corporate functions and helping each guest achieve the best outcome for their individual circumstances.

​7) As a company we have an outstanding record of standards and food hygiene regulation compliance, our businesses are well invested and maintained, and our teams are well trained.

​​8) Our executive team are fully focused on attending the key briefings issues by Industry associations, advisory bodies and Government leaders to ensure our frontline team members are fully briefed on looking after our guests and to allow them the time to create a safe and healthy environment.

Today marks the 75th anniversary of one of the most important dates in history! We wish we were celebrating with you all, but for now let''s raise a glass to our heroes of WWII and toast VE Day, and look forward to when we can all be together again!​
