As a result of recent events we have closed the majority of our operations until advised to do otherwise.

Crime doesn't stop

Unfortunately, when the government puts the country into lockdown this doesn't apply to crime and burglary, especially when a reduced Police force may have to ignore low-level crime. Where there is crime there is a need for a locksmith community that need to be able to source locks.

A small number of our team have volunteered to work through this difficult period to ensure that security products are available to secure these homes.

What you can still get

Whilst our sales and accounts offices are closed the entire product range is available through the on-line ordering facility and can accept payment on all credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Our workshop still has a team member that can produce and despatch keyed-alike and keyed to code orders.

Looking after our team

Our absolute priority is the safety and wellbeing of our our team. They are who we are. We have implemented many measures to make sure this small team have a safe working environment. We would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the wider Brisant team, the management and our customers to thank those staying behind to help others stay safe.
