Monday (aka today) 12:30pm - "BronCore NOW Chair" workout. (45 minutes) grab a chair, couch, bench or step and join us for a resistance style workout with low intensity cardio and high intensity of bodyweight resistance. As low as $7.00
Tuesday: 5:30pm - "BronCore NOW" workout. (45 minutes) This is our infamous bodyweight all out hi intensity interval training style workout. As low as $7.00
Wednesday: 12:30pm - "BronCore NOW" workout. Same style as Tuesday's class but totally different workout. As low as $7.00
Thursday: 10:00AM for a NEW YEAR'S EVE SPECIAL POP-UP! - "30/30 Event". yep!! we are bringing the blast from the past back! This Thursday, join Bron for 30 minutes of high intensity bodyweight bootcamp followed by 30 minutes of a mobility and stretching based yoga flow with a certified Yoga instructor. ONLY $5.00!!!
