Hlebinsky named Curator Emerita & Senior Firearms Scholar
|
|
Cody Firearms Museum (CFM) Curator Ashley Hlebinsky has made her mark at the Center with an impressive list of accomplishments, most notably the innovative redesign and reinstallation of the museum.
Ashley served as research fellow, intern, curatorial resident, assistant curator, and was named Robert W. Woodruff Curator of the CFM in 2015.

She now serves as Curator Emerita and Senior Firearms Scholar for the Center, while expanding her already-strong national role as an expert on firearms and culture, consulting with museums with firearms collections, and pursuing other career opportunities.
Ashley continues to work on special projects as well as social media for the CFM.

The finale of Rendezvous Royale, the Center of the West''s Patrons Ball fundraiser, offers both in-person and virtual options this year.

Women in Wyoming exhibition ends its run at Center August 2
|
|
Time is running out to visit the special exhibition Women in Wyoming: Portraits & Interviews of Women Who Shape the West before it closes at the Center August 2.
The exhibition features the work of photographer and artist Lindsay Linton Buk through large-scale portraits, audio, and interactive storytelling. It was borne out of Lindsay''s larger Women in Wyoming project; learn more here.
