14-year-old Molly has hailed the Premier League Kicks programme CACT has run throughout the year.
Kicks uses the medium of sport to engage with young people in communities where they are considered to be more vulnerable to crime, and has recently expanded its focus on female participation in sport.
Molly attends the Friday session at Garrard Academy in Erith, and has taken part in adapted sessions following the COVID-19 outbreak.
Speaking about the programme, Molly said:
"I really enjoy the football sessions because I am meeting new friends, there''s a variety of ages, we learn a few new skills and everyone gets on well.
"The sessions have helped with my fitness and keep my asthma under control, I feel safe as it''s a nice environment."
