The Canada Emergency Response Benefit?(CERB) has helped support millions of Canadians since March. We were all worried that once it was over, too many workers wouldn't be eligible under the current Employment Insurance?(EI) system.

You helped us raise the alarm and our message got through to the decision makers.

Today, the government announced an extension of CERB and changes to EI. This is a huge win for all of us because it means people won't fall through the cracks. Read the news here.

This is yet one more example of how powerful we are when we organize together. Stay tuned because we're not done making this country a better place for everyone.
