Halloween is on a SATURDAY! Hooray for ONE THING GOING RIGHT this year! Usually Halloween is a bit of a frenzy for me, and this year I'm looking forward to not having to juggle school, work, trick-or-treating, and regular bedtime all on the same day! 

If you're looking for some easy activities to do with the kids, we have a few that are just as easy as DOWNLOADING and PRINTING. Then you're set! 

This at-home scavenger hunt can be done INSIDE! If you're forgoing trick-or-treating this year, this scavenger hunt could be fun if a bit of candy or prizes are left at every clue! We've made 16 rhyming clues AND we have included blanks so you can write your own or modify our ideas. And don't worry. We kept you in mind when we made this hunt a straight-cut-no-assembly ordeal! It really couldn't be easier or faster!

Since I have extra time on Halloween, I'm planning on having a fun dinner with some Halloween-themed foods for the kids. An easy part of this dinner will be these fun Halloween Activity Placemats! I'll just print them at my local print shop, and put them on the table! BOOM! Halloween dinner is automatically *extra* special. We've made these VERY fun for you, and I guarantee that ALL AGES will love the spooky name decoder (give it a try below!). If you don't want to run to the print shop for the 11 x 17 size, we also have an 8.5 x 11 version of these activities! Just print out the activities, cut them out, and do them at the table on Halloween lunch or dinner!

Hey friends-how are you holding up? Honestly, it's hard to know what to even write here. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and a whole lot of things are uncertain. Probably like you, we've experienced the full range of possible emotions in the last few weeks, from fear and uncertainty to lots of laughter (the internet memes are saving me right now). 

We on the Caravan team have families with little kids at home, and as we've been adjusting to home schooling and social distancing, we have also been thinking about what resources we can offer others in the same situation! No doubt about it, Halloween is DIFFERENT this year! I keep seeing my friends and neighbors on Facebook ask one another, "What are you doing for Halloween this year?" In a year of uncertainty, we've come up with some solutions for you that are SURE to be a hit!

This set has some IRRESISTIBLY FUN Halloween activities! We recommend a couple ways to do them. 

First, we've included PLACEMATS that have all the activities. Simply set a placemat for each person at the dinner table (bonus: each placemat comes with a different joke for everyone to share). Then, depending on your family style, you can do the activities as a team, or compete to see who can get the answers fastest. 

If placemats aren't your jam, no worries! All these activities are also formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 papers, and you can cut out each activity individually. Give everyone at the table a pack of all the activities, OR do one activity per night on the week leading up to Halloween! Either way, this is an EASY WIN to make Halloween a success this year!

Second up, a scavenger hunt for INSIDE YOUR HOME. We've made 16 rhyming clues for you AND we've included 16 blanks for you to make up your own clues. You could hide a stash of candy at each clue so that it's a little like trick-or-treating, or you could just send the kids exploring around the house, and at the end, reveal something fun and wonderful like a family movie night! Just have cozy blankets, popcorn, and fun drinks ready.
