We’ve seen a huge growth in engagement on AskCharity recently, our free service connecting charities and journalists and we know you all do great work telling the stories of our communities and causes.

If you’re working on a story about Covid-19 and you want to work with charities, you can send free requests to our database of thousands of charities to ask for stories on everything from someone whose cancer treatment has been delayed to a key worker who’s self-isolating away from loved ones.

We’ve seen recent stories on charities unable to fundraise fast enough to meet the growing demand, those self-isolating because of underlying health conditions, and expert advice on mental health management. The stories charities are telling right now remain more important than ever and we hope you’ll continue to work with us to share these stories with your audiences.
