Takeda is partnering with the US Hereditary Angioedema Association (HAEA) to bring you a webinar discussing the causes and warning signs of an HAE attack, and when to consider preventive treatment. You'll also hear about the study results, including the latest long-term results for TAKHZYRO^® (lanadelumab-flyo), which has been studied in more people than any other preventive HAE treatment. TAKHZYRO is a prescription medicine used to prevent HAE attacks in people 12 years of age and older.

The recommended dose is 300 mg every 2 weeks for people starting on TAKHZYRO. If you have zero attacks for more than 6 months, your healthcare provider may consider prescribing TAKHZYRO 300 mg once every 4 weeks.

IMPORTANT: TAKHZYRO may cause serious side effects, including allergic reactions. Keep reading to learn more important safety information.

WHAT IS TAKHZYRO?

TAKHZYRO (lanadelumab-flyo) is a prescription medicine used to prevent attacks of hereditary angiodema (HAE) in people 12 years of age and older.

It is not known if TAKHZYRO is safe and effective in children under 12 years of age.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

TAKHZYRO may cause serious side effects, including allergic reactions. Call your healthcare provider or get emergency help right away if you have any of the following symptoms:

•	wheezing
•	difficulty breathing
•	chest tightness
•	fast heartbeat
•	faintness
•	rash
•	hives

The most common side effects seen with TAKHZYRO were injection site reactions (pain, redness, and bruising), upper respiratory infection, and headache.

These are not all the possible side effects of TAKHZYRO. For more information, ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist. You may report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

TAKHZYRO has not been studied in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Talk to your healthcare provider about the risk of taking TAKHZYRO if you are pregnant, plan to be pregnant, are breastfeeding, or plan to breastfeed.

You''ve already heard the news: TAKHZYRO is used to prevent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in people 12 years of age and older. TAKHZYRO is a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection you give yourself once every 2 weeks. If you''re considering asking your doctor if it''s right for you, you might be wondering whether TAKHZYRO helped other people with HAE. Well, we have some good news: clinical study results are available.

Important: TAKHZYRO may cause serious side effects, including allergic reactions. Keep reading for more important safety information.

The recommended dose is 300 mg every 2 weeks for people starting on TAKHZYRO. If you have zero attacks for more than 6 months, your healthcare provider may prescribe you TAKHZYRO 300 mg once every 4 weeks.

TAKHZYRO has been studied in more people than any other preventive HAE treatment.

Scientists looked at whether TAKHZYRO could reduce the number of attacks experienced by people living with HAE. And they made sure to take some important things into consideration, like whether:

⚬	Previous attacks were frequent or infrequent
⚬	The patient had a history of throat attacks
⚬	Preventive therapy had been used before
