Dear Evelyn,
First and foremost, we want to wish all those who have served in the military a Happy Veterans Day. Your service allows all that we value to be preserved and protected. We are grateful to you.
With that, the holiday season is upon us. The time for giving and the time for sharing. We are fortunate to have some of the most amazing and generous supporters in the world. Colorado has a lot of perks, and it''s not just the beautiful scenery and light fluffy snow falling from the sky. Coloradans care just as much about their fellow community members as they do their beautiful state. They understand that we do not need to do this thing called life alone when it''s so much better to do it together. Nonprofits lucky enough to call Colorado home benefit from being a part of the largest one-day giving movements in the country.
Each December, Coloradans come together with the common goal to strengthen the community by helping to power nonprofits. Colorado Gives Day is Tuesday, December 8th, and features a $1 Million Incentive Fund. Every time we receive a donation on Colorado Gives Day, we receive a portion of this fund, increasing impact and the value of every dollar donated. Last year we raised almost $30,000 on Colorado Gives Day and earned $1,125 from the Incentive Fund, which enabled us to expand our reach further than we ever thought possible. We have opened new locations in Ca?on City, Swansea neighborhood of Denver, Lamar, and many more, because of your support. We have high hopes for this year but we need YOU!

This kind of generosity does not go unnoticed. Our clients are so grateful for our service and we are so honored to be able to offer them pet food while they work hard to get back on their feet. This year has been especially tough on all of us, and our community members need us more than ever.

Colorado Pet Pantry client Rosemary shares, "Thank you so much for having your Pet Pantry in Pueblo. I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. I have two dogs, Staja and Riley. There have been times when I ran out of food for them and had to resort to giving them a half of a bowl each, or dry cereal. This Pet Pantry is a blessing, when pay day seems so far off. Both dogs are spayed and happily grateful for their full bellies."

This is what it''s all about. Helping people keep their pets healthy, thus making them happier, their pets happier, it''s a win-win all around. So this year we are asking you to please consider scheduling your donation early for Colorado Gives Day. And thanks to your donation, we will work toward the goal of making sure that no pet in Colorado will be hungry this holiday season.

Support local farmers who support our pets! Hempward Farms is a family-run business which uses safe farming practices to grow CBD-rich hemp. Located in Boulder, CO, they produce sound, high quality hemp products for humans, horses, and dogs. Their full spectrum Canine CBD Oil is as good as it gets.

It may help with thunderstorm anxiety, car/plane rides, vet visits, training class and grooming, while also supporting joint mobility, healthy digestion and a strong immune system. In the spirit of giving thanks, Hempward will donate to Colorado Pet Pantry enough to feed one pet for one month ($5), with every purchase of Canine CBD Oil. This pledge begins now and will continue through Thanksgiving Day. Shop now to help your own pet while helping the pet of another! We will honor this pledge up through Thanksgiving Day. Welcome to the Hempward Family!
