I want to convey my sincere hope that you and your family are safe and healthy. The impact of this virus has been life changing, and it goes without saying that COMC is not immune from the effects of this worldwide health crisis.
Although we have faced challenges unlike any we have encountered before, we are adapting to continue offering you a safe and easy place to collect. We have implemented safety precautions to protect the well-being of both our employees and customers, while pushing forward to provide services and minimize the impact on you.
Processing & Shipping Status
Due to our staffing safety constraints and limitations, both our shipping dates and processing times continue to experience delays. With the limited staff we do have, we have been able to increase our production capacity and prioritize the processing and shipping of past due items to complete them as quickly as possible. We understand the urgency you feel to get your items up for sale and continue participating in your hobby with passion.
To keep up-to-date on our current progress on our Shipping & Processing backlogs, please see our Coronavirus Emergency Update page. We are currently running about 4-5 weeks behind on our retired Basic Processing Service and are working to close that gap. Our economy shipping has been impacted the most; we are currently working on our oldest orders from mid-March and will continue in the order received until we are caught up. All digital transactions through our COMC Marketplace and eBay are fully operational, and only processing and shipping are experiencing delays. Once we resume normal functioning and reinstate previous shipping and processing times, we will be sure to let you know.
Suspending 12 Week Processing Service
To better support the processing of previously submitted items and reduce any additional delays, we are immediately suspending our 12 Week Service. We feel the gravity of suspending this service and look forward to bringing back a more affordable processing option for you, once we’ve made significant progress on our processing backlog.
Postponed Spring Cleaning Sale
Due to these delays, we have decided to postpone our Spring Cleaning Sale to ensure past due items will be available to list for the sale. We will announce the date of our next sale when we have made further progress on our backlog.
