?Dear CommonLook Clients and Friends,
As the world adjusts to a new reality and the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, the CommonLook family wants to extend our support to everyone impacted by the virus. We give our sincere thanks to the organizations on the front lines battling the disease and to everyone in the healthcare industry who are treating people infected with the virus.
We want to ensure all our customers, partners and friends that the safety and wellbeing of our team, partners, clients and the communities where we work, is of utmost importance. We have adopted the guidelines from local healthcare officials and the CDC. As such, we have instructed our entire workforce to restrict travel and work from home. We implemented our business continuation policy to ensure that we are here to meet your needs. Fortunately, we are built on cloud infrastructure for our voice and data communications needs. We do not foresee any interruption in our business processes during this global emergency, even if we need to remain working remotely for the near future.
There are several changes necessitated by the work from home and travel restriction policies that affect some of our business practices.
Training
For everyone''s safety, we will not provide onsite training during this crisis. We are canceling all in-person classes. Because of this, we are offering webinar-based training options. Either your Account Executive or your Training Team will reach out to you shortly with details. Though we know this may be an inconvenience to some, we are excited to offer this new training option for our clients.
License Keys on Home Computers
We have received many client requests for license keys for employees that are now working from home. To save time, please visit our support knowledgebase: https://pardot.commonlook.com/e/852543/2020-03-26/5bfd/12988783?h=1QxE2QcS4tOBCN3X1cIYWcZ_aiWXstO-E5JAe4oxlVc. Our KB has support articles on how to request a license move and what to provide to the support team to expedite your request.
Remediation
For our remediation clients, work is not affected as we are a global team and can continue to handle both large and small remediation projects without interruption. To do our part during a global crisis, we are offering free remediation work for Federal Agencies on the front-lines, such as the CDC, NIH, WHO, FDA, VA for any emergency documents of a few pages in length that should be accessible to the visually impaired during this pandemic.
CommonLook is committed to ensuring the success of all our clients and our team stands ready to assist you with your document accessibility and compliance needs.
We continue to monitor the situation and will notify you if there are any changes. We ask that all of our clients, partners and friends follow the recommendations from local authorities and the CDC to stay safe and healthy.
We will all get through this together.
