Includes any charges that have been waived. Minimum cancellation fee is $50. In rare cases, we may offer a refund rather than a replacement when honoring the warranty. It does not cover damages that occur as a result of abuse, normal wear and tear, or improper storage, slight imperfections, or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product. Any damage to or loss of materials contained in one of our products, loss of use, loss of times, and similar expenses are not covered under this warranty. Lifetime Warranty includes report covers, certificate covers, and the majority of our folder products. All other products fall under the 365-Day Warranty. Free proofs are available for all orders except for blank products (since there is no artwork to create a proof from). We are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation, or the submission of incorrect text or artwork. Carefully review your PDF proof for any mistakes before approving it. If 10% or less of your order is damaged during shipping, you’ll receive a refund (or, in rare cases, a replacement with free shipping). If more than 10% but less than 25% of your order is damaged during shipping, we’ll provide replacement products. In cases of replacement, your production time will be expedited; the exact production time will depend on our current capacity.
