The changes are having a huge impact on contractors who will be taxed as employees without receiving the same employment rights.

The questionnaire seeks to understand what is happening on the ground right now.

The OBR published it's last set of figures indicating an uncertainty factor of "Very high" - which meant they had no data at all on the behavourial effect. We need that data, now.

The more evidence we have to oppose HMRC's claims, the stronger the case is. Every contractor needs to have their say in order to help fight this coming in.

The survey will take about 15 minutes, and provide vital research to present to ministers as part of the Stop The Off-Payroll Tax Campaign.

ContractorCalculator is requesting your help to encourage firms to treat contractors fairly as we approach the IR35 reforms in April 2021.

We are gathering some statistics to ascertain the current and likely future state of play as the private sector IR35 reforms finally hit everyone in January 2021, as firms start to prepare for April 2021.

We would like to see everyone assessed fairly and firms to run assessment regimes, rather than blanket banning - which helps no-one.

We will also speak to our contacts in Parliament and share the results, to see if they can help.
