As the CCPA deadline quickly approaches, I wanted to make the OneTrust community aware of the expanded availability of the OneTrust Customer Success and Implementation Teams to support the urgency in many of your privacy programs ahead of the Jan 1 deadline.
I am pleased to announce that starting today we are offering Same-Day availability for CCPA implementation projects. We have also made our expanded teams available 7-days a week through the end of the year for additional availability.
We have worked hard over the past several weeks to enable a dedicated team of well-trained resources to catch up with the demand we’ve seen in the market. We have been able to significantly streamline the implementation process and expand to meet the new “Same-Day” implementation commitment.
