We are here to make the application process for the Bachelor of International Business in Culinary Arts as smooth as possible.

How to apply: Step-by-step guide

You can read the full description of the 3-step Application procedure on our website or take note of the key information below:

Step 1: The Online Application Form
You can save and return to this until you are happy to submit. Please make sure to include the full list of documents, and ensure they're translated into English and stamped by an official translator.

Step 2: Receive Provisional Acceptance and pay a Confirmation Fee
If your application is successful and the requested course still has availability, the provisional letter of acceptance will be sent to you within one week. The letter will also include full bank details for a confirmation fee, which must be paid within 30 days.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation Letter and apply for Visa (if required)
The confirmation letter will be issued upon receipt of the payment of the confirmation fee. This letter and the receipt of the confirmation fee payment are necessary to apply for the student visa (if required).

In most countries students have to submit a student visa application at the nearest Swiss Embassy or Consulate. The visa can take up to 12 weeks to process. The local representative (if applicable) will also have full details of the visa application procedures.

What's included in your school fees?

Wondering what is included in your chosen course at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland? Our Swiss Grand Diploma students will spend approximately 20 hours of kitchen time each week learning and practicing their craft under the guidance of our experienced chef instructors. For our Bachelor students, this will be supplemented by classroom hours focused on the business side of the culinary industry.

You will receive your school and chef uniforms, plus a professional knife set or a pastry set (depending on your course).

Our campuses are situated in magnificent locations: on the shore of Lake Geneva and in Lucerne city centre and offer state-of-the-art kitchens and modern accommodation. Three meals a day (brunch and dinner at weekends) are included so you can focus your time on learning and exploring. Enjoy numerous sports and leisure activities organised on and off campus and balance studying with activities and fun.

The Le Bouveret campus gives you access to our new Apicius building with a M?et Hennessy sky lounge, rooftop herb garden, 5 training kitchens and a "From Farm to Table" interactive dining experience.

Lucerne campus features dedicated pastry and chocolate kitchens and a grand dining hall to host events and challenges where you will have a chance to push your creative boundaries and explore your passion.
