As an SGS client, I would like to invite you to attend a Customer Service Excellence (CSE) benchmarking and networking event on Friday 27 March hosted by SGS United Kingdom Ltd. The event will
take place in the centre of the city at 29 Private Members Club in Glasgow.
SGS clients and Customer Service Excellence holders from a wide range of organizations across all sectors are invited.
There will be presentations from two of our Customer Service Excellence standard holders:
• Glasgow Life will present on how they use smart systems to measure customer satisfaction
• High Life Highland will discuss the journey of how they developed a successful customer feedback survey
The day will include a working lunch, which is a fantastic opportunity to share learning and get to know other SGS certification holders across various industries and sectors who share your passion for customer excellence.
There will also be a workshop session to enable all delegates to share their experiences of using social media for the purpose of customer satisfaction surveys and its pros and cons.
