Pelvis Reset for Lower Back Pain
by Madisyn Taylor

Sitting and inactivity create the need to reactivate our core through pelvis and low back exercise flow and kinesthetic techniques.

Dear Friends,

Are you ready to reset your pelvis? Today I''m speaking with Jannine Murray, author of the course Pelvis Reset for Lower Back Pain. Jannine talks about the importance of low-back health and how incorporating gentle kinesthetic techniques into your life will reset your pelvis and change the health of your back and body. Low-back pain is really a whole-body issue and needs to be addressed with very specific stretches, core strengthening, and gentle pelvis-reset moves. Let''s hear from Jannine!

Course Overview
Irritating lower back pain can be caused by something as simple as bending down the wrong way, sitting or standing too much, or sleeping in an awkward position. However, what many people don''t realize is that lower back pain is a ''whole body'' issue and needs to be addressed with specific stretches, core strengthening exercises, and gentle pelvis reset moves that support your entire body. With this 7-day course, you''ll learn the most effective routines to naturally and gently restore your core, pelvis, and lower back to being pain-free with as little as 10 - 15 minutes of effort a day.
  • Receive a new lesson every day for 1 week (total of 7 lessons).
  • Have lifetime access to the course for reference whenever you want.
  • Select the amount you can afford, and get the same course as everyone.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund.
How much do you want to pay?

$15$35$50

This is the total amount for all 7 lessons

Interview With Jannine Murray

Madisyn Taylor: Please tell my readers what it means to reset our pelvis and why we need to do this?

Jannine Murray: The pelvis is a unique, dynamic, expressive structure that holds our two other heaviest body weights (our chest and head) vertically while coordinating with the lower extremities to move us through time and space. It does a lot of work that goes unappreciated and is the seat of how the whole body will express itself through our lifetime. Many complex fascial, muscular, ligament, tendon, and bone structures rely on its proper functionality and expression, and when it is out of alignment, which we all have to some degree, it can translate into tension, stress, pain, and injury within other areas of the body, especially the lower back. Due to the nature of our lifestyles, which typically include a lot of sitting, standing, and/or inactivity, every single person can benefit from using these gentle kinesthetic techniques to naturally reset their pelvis for proper alignment and core activation.

MT: Walk me through the journey of this course for a potential student.

JM: In the first lesson, we start by looking at what could be contributing to lower-back pain and how this course will address the most common causes systematically over the next seven lessons. Each common cause is explained in detail. Every day for seven days we strategically focus on resetting the pelvis with my four signature moves to naturally and gently correct any pelvic imbalances, followed by stretching one or two of the contributing muscle groups that tend to be short, tight, and strong, or "hypertonic," and then strengthening a synergist muscle group that tends to be weak or misfiring, causing lower-back pain. The moves are done with body weight only. Some are yoga- and Pilates-inspired, but mostly they are considered postural rehabilitation moves for people healing from lower-back injuries or biomechanical issues. Each day has a 15-minute video to do as well as a detailed write-up about the different body parts and muscle pathways we are activating or balancing.

Day one''s video includes the four pelvis-reset moves, a focus on stretching out the QL and lower back, plus some easy and gentle core-balancing and -strengthening moves. This is a great beginning to "wake up your core" so that it fires properly, and from here we progress with a bit more challenge every day. The second day focuses on working into the hips, addressing tight and weak hip-stabilization muscles to assist the lower back and pelvis being supported properly. Day three adds glutes into the equation with the lower back and QL, as the glutes are responsible for lower-back health and proper core function.

Day four focuses on some more challenging core-strengthening moves, especially using the erector spinae, which runs up and down the spine and is comprised of hundreds of muscles responsible for spinal health. On day five, we do lower-back strengthening moves that are gentle yet challenging, building upon the basics we cover within the first four days of the video. Some repetition is key to building strength, balance, flexibility, and a lasting holding pattern within the lower back, core, and whole body.

The sixth day is unique in that we focus on stretching out the fascial slings of the body, which are dynamic fascial pathways the body uses to move energy through our muscles and bones. These moves are yoga-inspired, but you don''t need to be a yogi to do them. This day really addresses the whole-body issue of lower-back pain and is also a good leg workout!

Day seven, the final day, is where we pick up the core-strength challenge a bit after doing all the foundational work within the first six days. This day is definitely the most challenging, but you will be up for it!

MT: If somebody wants to define their abs and build a six-pack, is this course a good fit?

JM: This course does work the abs but wouldn''t be appropriate for someone who has this as their main goal. This is a very good course for building foundational core strength and core activation while fixing any mechanical errors in the pelvis and lower back that would inhibit proper core activation.

MT: What if somebody has an injury. Can they still take this course?

JM: People in recovery who need to strengthen their core can greatly benefit from taking this course, as long as they are past the acute phase and have their physical care practitioner''s approval. This course is also suitable for women who are postnatal and had some pubic symphysis separation during pregnancy, but it isn''t suitable for women who are postnatal and have had any form of diastasis recti or abdominal separation as specific movements are required to heal this first before starting this course.

MT: After students reset their pelvis, what other benefits will they receive that may surprise them?

JM: Typical benefits you may feel after resetting your pelvis include elimination of hip pain like sciatica, gait or leg-length discrepancy, core activation within movement and exercises, improved posture and mobility, increased gluteal activation in exercises like squats and lunges or even just walking, and evenness through your lower back, hips, shoulders, and overall alignment.

MT: When students have completed this course, what should they do moving forward?

JM: It would be great if students could repeat the course and the seven-video series for six weeks, repeating from the beginning every seven days, for best results when correcting lack of core strength, lower-back pain, mal-alignment through the pelvis and SI joint. Something to keep in mind is that it takes the nervous system about six to eight weeks to fully innervate your muscular system to hold a new pathway and holding pattern, so giving your body time to respond to the strategy within this course is a good idea -- you will receive the best results this way.

How Does It Work?
Starting today, you will receive a new lesson every day for 1 week (total of 7 lessons). Each lesson is yours to keep and you''ll be able to refer back to it whenever you want. And if you miss a lesson or are too busy to get to it that day, each lesson will conveniently remain in your account so you won''t have to search for it when you''re ready to get back to it.

Free Gift
As a free gift, when you sign up for this course, you will also receive the award-winning DailyOM inspiration newsletter which gives you daily inspirational thoughts for a happy, healthy and fulfilling day. The most well known Buddhist teachers on the planet all have something in common: they are excellent communicators. This is not by accident, as the Buddha taught what are called the four elements of right speech over 2,600 years ago. If you have ever felt misheard, have trouble stating how you feel, or long to have more meaningful and genuine conversations, this course can help. The simple steps outlined in this course will have a huge effect on how you communicate with others and yourself. Communication is essential to being human, and when you become better at it, your personal truth becomes clearer, your relationships improve, and the result is that you experience more peace and harmony in your life.
