We are thankful for you all!
As we move into this holiday week of Thanksgiving, we send you our heartiest good wishes and hope that you’ll find some kind of normalcy with friends or family this year. Covid has tied our hands in many ways but we all know that it too shall pass. We must be patient and thankful for what we do have, with hopes of new beginnings on the near horizon.
This year I’ll be preparing a butterflied turkey breast roulade, lined with prosciutto, stuffed with wild mushrooms and pancetta, rolled and tied and roasted to perfection. (Don’t worry you dark meat lovers—I’m roasting some thighs as well as a separate breast for sandwiches and leftovers!) For those of you who know me personally, you know that cooking is my passion and I am often found in the kitchen for hours on end when not at my desk.

So what will you be cooking? Many of you shared with us what you were
drinking the night of the election and thank you for that! It was fun how many people chimed in after our last communique!
For our clients, we are truly grateful for your business during this pandemic and grateful that we can all carry on with digital image selections and collaborative projects! For our photographers who have been restricted from their usual travels, we are grateful that you are preparing compelling new images to offer our globally-based clients. We’re all interconnected in so many ways!
Take care, stay safe and Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
