As we slowly return to the 'new normal', certain areas of the business may be operating slightly differently in order for us to comply with the new social distancing government policies. Firstly we are pleased to inform you that main Denbies Visitor Centre will be re-opening on Saturday 4 July.  At the current time we will be operating slightly reduced hours, with reception open:
 

Monday to Friday: 10am - 4pm
Saturday: 10am - 5.30pm
Sunday: 10am - 5pm
 

The Outdoor Vineyard Tour will be back in operation from Saturday 4 July and daily thereafter. For your additional reassurance, tour numbers are restricted. Please check the website for full availability and times. Tour reservations can only be made in advance online at this time.

Please note: We will be reintroducing the indoor tour and tasting later in the season.

We are extremely happy to be reopen.  Thank you for your continued support and custom.  It has been lovely to see many of you continuing to make use of the estate during this most recent phase of lockdown.  At the moment, we are in tier 2, to keep it simple, most of our facilties are fully operational following the current government guidelines;
You must not socialise with anyone you do not live with or who is not in your support bubble in any indoor setting, whether at home or in a public place 
You must not socialise in a group of more than 6 people outside, including in a garden or a public space - this is called the 'rule of 6'

We do hope that you are all keeping safe and well during this time. Due to the COVID-19 situation and the latest government advice, Denbies Wine Estate will now be closed until further notice. We would like to thank you for your patience over this period of uncertainty but first and foremost, the health and well-being of our guests and employees is our number one priority.
 

Existing reservations:

Our team are currently contacting customers who have made reservations to visit before the end of April in the first instance.  Please bear with us over this period and if you do need to cancel a reservation, please email events@denbiesvineyard.co.uk  If you could include your name, the date, type of reservation eg. tour/restaurant/event that would be a big help!

Please do avoid calling as we will have limited cover during this period.

We hope that you are keeping safe and well. Following the latest government announcement at the weekend regarding the November lockdown, we can now confirm the details of the facilities Denbies will have open and be offering during this period.

As always, you are welcome to make use of the estate for recreational purposes. The car park will be open as normal and with 7 miles of public footpaths, there are plenty of trails to roam.

With harvest now successfully completed, we turn our attention to the winter months. 

As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, we continue to offer a range of dining and refreshment options. We can reassure you that all of our facilities are fully compliant with current government guidelines.

'The Hatch on the Lawn', located at the front of the winery overlooking Box Hill and the North Downs, is open daily for takeaway refreshments and will remain open throughout the coming months. There is also a covered marquee area with seating for all weather purposes.

The Gallery Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday - Sunday. Reservations are strongly recommended.

The Conservatory Restaurant is also open daily for refreshments, hot lunches and afternoon teas.

Father''s day:
For Father's Day on Sunday, both The Hatch on the Lawn and the Wine & Gift Shop will be open, full details below. However due to current government guidelines, the visitor centre and bathroom facilities will remain closed until further advised. We eagerly anticipate the next government announcement and will update you as soon as we can.

Although the Denbies Estate winery building is closed to the public until further notice, we are able to continue to provide both delivery and collection which is available to order through our online shop.

First and foremost, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our number one priority, therefore we have stringent measures in place in accordance with government guidelines.

Please select from the dropdown at the checkout which delivery method you prefer. You will receive e-mail notification when your Click & Collect order is ready and details of the collection point. We are sorry but we are unable to take orders or respond to wine enquiries over the phone at this time.

The re-opening on the 4th July has been well received and it is wonderful to see many of you again after all of these months. The Outdoor Vineyard Tour is now back in operation. For your reassurance, tour numbers are restricted. Please check the website for full availability, times and reservations. 

Summer 2020 is more than ever about making the most of the outdoors, therefore we are very pleased to be able to introduce the Secret Vineyard Trail walking and tasting tour, commencing Saturday 18 July. This is a relaxed and unique opportunity to experience, on foot, areas of the vineyard not normally accessible to the general public. Cameras are strongly recommended. Please note the tour duration is approximately 1 ? hours.
