At Dermalogica we are dedicated to not only making you look but also feel your best. Keeping this in mind the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.
We are in the business of bringing expert and personalised skin health to our customers and therefore we are monitoring the ever-evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation closely and adhering to the advice from the World Health Organisation.
Out of an abundance of care we are temporarily modifying the in-store services that we provide at our Dermalogica flagship stores and David Jones counters. While we have always had the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards in place throughout our stores and treatment rooms, we have implemented a "no-touch" environment effective immediately. This approach means we are suspending our in-store professional skin therapists from performing services in-store, applying products directly or touching a clients' face to diagnose skin fitness plans. Instead our therapists will be able to perform skin diagnoses by utilising different tools available at their disposal such as the online FaceMapping app. To discuss skin analysis results and product recommendations with your local skin therapist please visit our store locator. We will also ensure there is adequate hand-sanitisation stations available in-store, additional deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures and frequency across all store surfaces and administering a one-use applicator of testers.
We will be flexible with our pre-paid treatments and vouchers allowing extra time to ensure you can experience our expert skin treatments in-store when services are reinstated to accommodate all customers.
