Necessary Safety Precautions Causing Shipping Delays
We’re continuing to take extra precautions because of COVID-19. That includes cleaning a minimum of 3 hours a day, staggered shifts, and keeping 6 feet distance between workers.
This is causing longer shipping times, both from orders leaving our warehouse and carrier delays. We are doing everything we safely can to get back to shorter turnaround time. Dixie Belle has hired 15 new employees, working two shifts (a total of 16 hours a day). Our wonderful Production/Shipping Crew is working overtime on Saturday and Sunday as well.
We’re also having supply chain issues, so we''re working hard to restock. That way the great products you''re looking for are available when you want them.
We know our products are important to you - our team is working 7 days a week to get them out the door. Even with expanded crew and work time, it is still regrettably 8 Business days to process orders as of today. We sincerely hope that we get back to our speedy shipping soon.
