In case you have some questions about Docsketch, I've put together a list of common questions we get.

1. How is Docsketch any better than sending documents through email?

When sending your documents to get signed or completed through email, the person receiving them has to download, print, sign, and scan + email them back. This is an extremely frustrating experience and causes delays. Which means you have to remind people more often.

With Docsketch, the people that receive your documents can instantly complete and sign them. No printing, scanning, etc. necessary, so you dramatically cut turnaround time.

2. Will Docsketch work for my business?

Docsketch works well for any type of business. Because we allow uploading of Word, PDF, Powerpoint and more, it's easy to take any type of document and set it up so you can get started.

3. Are Docsketch electronic signatures legally valid?

Docsketch is compliant with U.S. and international e-signature laws. Signed documents are archived and protected from further changes; they're as legally valid as pen-and-paper documents.

Hope you''re doing well. I wanted to let you know of several free updates we''ve added to your Docsketch account.

Organize and Separate Documents, Brands, and More With Subaccounts

Create subaccounts inside of your Docsketch account. This is a great way to separate documents, brands, account settings, team members, and more.

Under the profile dropdown, you''ll see a "Create New Account" button:

After you create your new account, you''ll be taken to the account switcher page so you can access those accounts:

In each account you can have different documents, team members, templates, account settings, and more.

Organize Team Members and Documents Into Teams

From your Settings page, you''ll find a new "Teams" page:

With Teams you can group people by departments, teams, or any way you''d like.

You can also search and view documents by specific teams:

Fast Field Entry and Positioning By Using Your Keyboard

On both the sender side and the recipient side, you can tab through fields and hit enter to start filling out those fields.

This will help recipients fill out your documents faster than before:

Additionally, on the sender side you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to more accurately position fields if needed.

Other Improvements

There were also several other great updates and improvements recently made:

• Drawn signatures are larger now because they''re using all available space
• Template Links improvement: one click to start signing (without verifying email)
• Fast fields: click on your document page to add a new field in that exact spot
• A new "archived" link to access archived documents when no other documents exist

Integrate Docsketch with 2,000+ apps through Zapier.

Zapier has a free plan and will let you connect Docsketch with other apps and send data back and forth between connected apps.

This has been at the top of our list for a while and we''re excited to start work on it. (It''s taken a while because we needed to make improvements that will help make a great Zapier integration.)

We've been working hard to improve Docsketch with some great new features for you.

Integrate Docsketch with 2,000+ Apps and Services (Through Zapier)

You can now connect Docsketch to all of your favorite apps and services with the new Zapier integration.

What can automatically be done now?

• Store completed documents into Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, and more.
• Send a document to be signed whenever something happens on another service or tool that you use.
• Populate the services you use with document/recipient details whenever a document is sent, viewed, or completed.
• Much much more...

To get started, go to the Settings -> Integrations page and set up your first integration:

Automate the Completion of Signing Date Fields

Date fields now have an option that locks and automatically completes them with the signing date.

To use this option, click on any date field and turn "Lock Signing Date" on:

Fast Signing With "Apply Everywhere" Signature Option

When completing a document that has many signing fields, recipients will see a new "Save & Apply Everywhere" button.

Clicking on this button applies the signature to all of the other signing fields:

Additional updates:

• Search Documents by Recipients - From your dashboard you can now find all of the documents sent or signed by a recipient.
• Date/Time format - A new date field format has been added (sometimes used in US real estate) that will include the current time.
