DOMA have reached practical completion on the new office building specifically designed for the ACT Government as part of the developer's DKSN precinct, which is revitalising the inner-north town centre of Dickson.

DOMA PURCHASE WODEN SITE
While DOMA will shortly complete the transformational A&A development, there are no plans to ease back on the contribution to the revitalisation of the Woden Town Centre after exchanging on a large 11,212sqm across the road.
Part of DOMA's attraction to projects in Woden is its central location, ensuring homes and workplaces are convenient to all that Canberra has to offer.
This new development off Melrose Drive and adjacent to A&A will allow DOMA to deliver another 480 residential apartments across three stages in this high-amenity location, capitalising on the views and great walkability offered by the Woden Town Centre.
With only 480 apartments proposed on such a large site, the DOMA masterplan enables deep rooted landscaping to a central open space as well as generous and considered separation of buildings providing all apartments with great light, outlook and privacy.
DOMA has a long-held desire to help attract more employment to Woden and have also made a provision for a large PCA 'A' grade office building suited to government to be developed on the site.
