An update about COVID-19
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.
During the week of August 17 to 22, Earth Choice Supply will be temporarily closed for the week for annual maintenance and thorough cleaning of our facilities and distribution centers. Orders received during this period will be fulfilled and placed in the mail on Monday August 24, 2020.
We regret the inconvenience however this annual process along with our strict policies of a daily, hygienic?maintenance schedule, continues to show our commitment in providing the best customers in the world the best most hygienic products.
Because of this oversight on our part, all orders processed during this week will be shipped free of charge with the quickest delivery method. If you already paid for shipping, no fret, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
We will be sending you an email with your shipping refund. Due to the FOREX rates from CAD to USD, your final shipping refund will reflect the exchange rate when your refund?is processed on August 24th when we re-open.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
