Find out what is new in PQSCADA Sapphire:
 

• Enhanced cyber security - Elspec fully understands the importance of cyber security in substation automation systems, mission critical applications and industries. Therefore, Elspec is committed to support users in efforts to achieve or maintain compliance to these.
  A gray box PT (penetration test) was conducted on PQSCADA Sapphire version 1.0.5.xx by a third party authorized security firm in accordance to the OWASP protocol and found no Critical or high risk vulnerabilities. Certificate can downloaded from here.
• Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) - We have added the option to concentrate phasor measurement unit (PMU) inputs into PQSCADA Sapphire to be used as a central system PDC.
• Real-time waveform view - We have added the option to view real-time waveform data from G5 and PureBB components. Real-time waveform for G4k component will be added in the next version.
• PostgreSQL support - We have added the option to archive data on PostgreSQL database server on both Professional and enterprise editions.
• Add-ons updates - PQSCADA Sapphire will now notify the user about add-ons that are not up-to-date with the latest add-on version. We also added the option to remotely update the add-on when needed. To view add-ons status, open the system module, select the instance and click the Addons tab.

Before updating a Professional or Enterprise edition installation, make sure that your software maintenance subscription is valid. To check your software maintenance subscription status, open System > License.

Find out what is new in PQSCADA Sapphire:
 

• Energy module - We have add new module to manage and analyze energy data. The new Energy module supports various of billing structures, comprehensive dashboard and graphical widgets.
• Truncate data by time - We have added the option to truncate data by time. To truncate data by time, open System > [Component name] > Database tab, check the DB limit data duration box and insert the limit in days.
• DC offset configuration - We have added the option to add DC offset to physical channels in PQSCADA Sapphire. To configure DC offset, open System > [Component name] > Unit configuration tab > Physical channels section and enter the DC offset correction.
• Firmware update notification - PQSCADA Sapphire will now notify the user about devices that are not updated with the latest Firmware version. We also have added the option to remotely update the firmware when needed.
• Users priority - We have added the option to set priority in the user configuration.
