Mr Brando Benifei and Mr David Casa, Members of the European Parliament, in collaboration with the European Social Network and Edenred, wish to invite you to a roundtable discussion on innovative tools supporting the implementation of FEAD.
According to the 2018 European Commission proposal for the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), new tools, such as electronic vouchers or cards, could be used from 2021 to implement the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD). However, the implementation of e-vouchers still gives rise to multiple questions from stakeholders in the social action field.
In this context, the European Social Network (ESN), representing over 140 local, regional and national public social services from all over Europe, and Edenred, a worldwide company designing social vouchers programmes, invite interested stakeholders to discuss how these new FEAD delivery mechanisms could work in practice. To feed into this discussion, existing practices of social service delivery through e-vouchers will be presented by ESN members and Edenred partner organisations.
