Hi F45’ers,

Congratulations on making it through Week 1 and welcome to Week 2 of Spring Training! We hope you have had a strong start to Challenge 25.

This week, we hear from Peter Glover, a Challenger from F45 Hallett Cove.

“I have been training in gyms on and off for 30 years, and I've tried several local gyms in my area. Upon walking into F45 Hallett Cove for the first time, I was greeted with a smile from the trainers. Once I completed several classes, I was amazed at how each class was different and targets your muscles in various ways whilst using the same equipment. It is also great to see a variety of people at F45, from teenagers to seniors and beginners to serious fitness people. F45 really does cater to everyone. 
 
For me, the trainers and staff at F45 are the number one selling point, because without great, friendly staff, it is hard to have a great business. At 47 years of age and as an F45 Hallett Cove member participating in the 8 Week Challenge, I can honestly say I am the fittest I have ever been. The benefits I have achieved are enormous. I now have so much energy and confidence, and am focused on continuing my training and setting new goals for the future. 
 
F45 is more than just a gym. It has a great atmosphere, supportive staff and friendly people. Thank you, F45, for helping me achieve my goals.”
