We know some of you are feeling a little restless at home, so?we've put together a few ideas for really simple exercises that you may want to follow to keep you moving whilst being indoors so much more than usual.

We all know that exercise is important and beneficial for both mental and physical health, but did you know that as little as 20 minutes a day of moderate exercise, or 10 minutes per day of intense exercise could be enough to maintain a healthy body as long as it is paired with a healthy diet. That doesn't sound too scary does it!?
