Fashion Scout AW20 will kick off today with a Jenn Lee catwalk show, and will proceed until Sunday the 16th of February, where the Johan Ku show will mark the end of the season. With at least eight creatives sharing their designs through catwalk shows and presentations each day, we can’t wait to see what this season entails.
This afternoon we will host Fashion Scout’s Ones to Watch show, featuring the designers, Manon Planche, Saint Ego, and Young N Sang. Manon Planche will take you on a ride to the next galaxy today with her unique designs inspired by alternative methods of transport. Their collections are bright and bold with an underlying message of positive fashion throughout. She focuses on the use of up-cycled materials and ethical manufacture.
We’re also excited to welcome back Rocky Star, who is set to revolutionise Indian fashion with his use of contemporary couture design. He has already received international acclaim on catwalks in Paris, Milan, and London, and is sure to wow the crowd with his fearless styling of menswear and womenswear.
Tomorrow we will welcome INDIA DAY in association with THE HIGH COMMISSION OF INDIA to Fashion Scout AW20. We can expect to see a beautiful array of Saris cross our catwalk.
In complete contrast, Saturday evening will bring us a display of young and sharp street wear, from DB Berdan. Established in Istanbul, they’re a queer brand who tell their stories through their prints. Inspired by the social rights movements, and street culture, they use music, film, and performance to express themselves.
On the final day of Fashion Scout AW20, Future Collective Presents three emerging designers, Antonia Nae, McCullough, and Loui de Gama. Antonia Nae was highlighted as one of the best London graduate designers in 2016, and since then has gone on to collaborate with many stylists and designers, including Victoria Beckham. She has also designed for the Duchess of Cambridge during her work experience at Jenny Packham.
We’re ending the weekend on a high, Pam Hogg is back. Pam Hogg, and her unique visions are a large part of the Fashion Scout family, and each season we welcome her creativity with open arms. She stands out from her contemporaries and has drawn the attention of Kate Moss, Rihanna, and Beyoncé.
These are just a few of the catwalk shows and presentations that will be shown over the next three days. The level of talent this year is high, and we are excited to see the creativity unfold.

Fashion Scout’s Ones to Watch catwalk show, featuring the designers: Manon Planche, Saint Ego, and Young N Sang, has really proved that they are just that. In a show styled by Rebekah Roy, three emerging designers were given the freedom to express their creativity and talent through a partially sponsored collaborative showcase.
The show began with Young N Sang, a high end, sustainable, menswear brand from South Korea. Founded by a couple who have earnt their recognition by winning the acclaimed competition set by the Council of Fashion Designers of America in 2015. Having shown sustainable collections since 2018, experimental fabrication is at the forefront of their designs. This season’s collection, ‘Street Vendors’, featured bright, bold print shirts, and jackets paired with light chinos and chunky loafer style sneakers with neon pink, and orange towelled soles.
Next was Manon Planche. The French designer focuses on positive fashion, all styles are reworked from industrial and post-consumer waste. Models wafted down the catwalk in coats made up of layers of different shades of denim, patchwork denim trousers and beaded bra tops. Wedge shoes were given a twist by adding denim fringing.
Closing the collective, a second South Korean brand, Saint Ego meaning Precious Ego. They are a unisex label, celebrating identity through genderless and deconstructive designs. Strong lines and colour blocking were a key feature to the catwalk line up.
The Fashion Scout’s One To Watch show displayed an outstanding level of talent, which was replicated through the other catwalk shows and presentations that we have seen so far. We expect big things for the coming collections, and we are excited for what the next two days hold.
Thank you to Toni & Guy, and Solent University for providing the hair and makeup for our catwalk shows and presentations. We saw a fantastic array of talent on the first day of Fashion Scout AW20, and we're really looking forward to the next two days.

Fashion Scout would like to make an amendment to our ‘Fashion Scout AW20 - the Highlights’ newsletter. Our apologies to Pam Hogg, her catwalk show was a memorial to her dear friend, Terry who passed away three months ago. Thank you Pam for showing with us again this season.

We're wrapping up Fashion Scout Digital, but you don't have to. Watch all the designers videos and panel discussions on demand here.
Throughout this unusual season, we put forward local and international talent concerned with current political and social injustices, climate change, ''new norma''l and building a better future of fashion.
Believing in your ideas, your work, creative mind, the people you work with and working hard to put these into reality have paid off.
This was evident with Fashion Scout Digital, for our team, but also for all the collaborators, designers, and partners who in a short time adapted and put their creative minds into practice, coming up with some mind blowing concepts and beautifully executed works of art.
With innovation and technology in a forefront we were able to present live to the world and connect people from Africa through to New Zealand, proving we can work and collaborate without a need for travelling.
Congratulations to everyone and thank you to all our followers and supporters who watched us live ??
A massive THANK YOU to London Fashion Week and London Fashion Showcasing Fund, as well as out long standing partner Toni&Guy for their continued support, without whom we couldn't have achieved what we did.
