For the users with paid subscriptions that end later than August 31, 2020, we will reimburse the difference for the unused period by refunding to the account owner''s bank card.
Each such user will receive an individual message from us to his/her sign-in email address by August 21, 2020, with notification about a refund amount and bank details request that is needed to make a refund. Please provide the requested data in response before August 31, 2020.
If you have an active subscription that ends after August 31, 2020, and you have not received a refund message from us before August 21 at 12:00 noon local time, please contact us at email@example.com from your sign-in email address and we will repeat our message.
