There’s a faster and easier way to manage your accounts, and you can get started by integrating your Fergus account with your accounting software now.

It’s really quick and easy to set up and all you need is your Xero or MYOB login credentials. Once that’s done, information will be shared back and forth between the two in real time, so there’s a lot less double handling and it’s much easier to keep on top of the accounts too.

At face value, getting your Terms of Trade accepted prior to starting a job is a basic compliance requirement. In reality, it’s an annoying little task that can be difficult to manage and can be forgotten about amongst all the other ‘more important’ admin tasks.

But with Fergus the process couldn’t be simpler and meeting your compliance obligation is a breeze. First, you’ll need to either upload your own Terms or modify the template document in Fergus. Once this is done, you can then choose to automatically email the Terms whenever you send a quote out, or manually send it from Fergus yourself if that’s what you prefer. Then, once a client accepts the Terms, Fergus records this information onto the Job Card and notifies you too - so you can get things moving as soon as the quote has been accepted as well.

With the easy-to-use Quote Builder you can build templates for jobs you do often, easily pull pricing for all the materials you use and adjust markups as necessary. When the customer accepts the quote, Fergus sends you a notification and automatically moves the job into the Scheduling queue so you can get things started faster. Then once the job’s complete you can generate an invoice in the click of a button. We told you it was awesome!
