New Events Added to Lineup!

More of your favorite Conservancy events are back starting next week! First up is Brooklyn Americana's "Long Distance" Music Festival on Sunday, September 13. Enjoy live music straight from your home featuring top female talent in americana on Facebook Live.
Next, on Monday, September 14, Books Beneath the Bridge will return for a virtual Zoom series featuring authors and poets curated by six of Brooklyn's foremost bookstores. This year will feature themes of protest, migrant voices, gender-queer perspectives, the richness and resilience of black girl culture, modern-day parenting, and more.
Other new additions include the Hindu Lamp Ceremony, Virtual Estuary Storytime, Green Team, and more. See below for details and make sure to check our events calendar for a full list of activities happening in the Park.
And remember, while visiting the Park please be considerate of your fellow park visitors and practice good social distancing—stay at least six feet apart from others—wear a face cover, and place all trash in the bins.

| Registration is now open for in-person fitness classes for next week! We are now taking capacities of up to 50 participants, including on-site staff. Green Team

| Green Team is back for socially distanced volunteering! This program provides essential horticultural care to the Park, including planting, mulching, and removing invasive plants. Green Team is a wonderful opportunity to learn about gardening, enjoy nature, and make the Park look its best. Advanced registration is required for this event! No walk-ups permitted — max capacity is 10 participants. |
