The Enterprise plan offers all of the Formotus features including: federated authentication; advanced work flows; an innovative licensing model which is ideal for project oriented teams; and master org/managed org-which allows you to share licenses across organizations.

How the Formotus service works:

Sign in to the Formotus portal to manage users, view user activity, create forms and deploy them. Once your forms have been deployed, your users can open them by logging into the Formotus Pro app on their mobile device.

Step 1. Set up your password

Step 2. Download the Formotus Pro app to view your Formotus forms
The Formotus Pro app must be installed on your and your users' mobile devices in order to open the deployed forms. Once mobile users are signed in to the Formotus Pro app, they can open, fill, edit, complete, and submit forms on their mobile devices.
