It's been 13 years since Dan and I founded French Broad Chocolate, and my love for chocolate and adoration for Asheville only grows. Our chocolate - and I - have changed a lot over those years, starting as a tiny chocolatier using other people's chocolate to make bonbons, to being an entirely bean-to-bar company, with a team of 100 people making awesome chocolate, sourced with integrity, crafted with love, and served with gratitude.
To celebrate 13 years, my heart swells to introduce a collection of my own personal favorite bonbons. Some have been in our collection since the beginning, others have evolved over the years, still others are brand new.
