Create Account You can`t get help from FSD.gov without creating an FSD account and logging in, but creating an account gives you access to your submitted helpdesk tickets and ticket status (Support History). It is also easier to be notified of changes to an Answer Center question you opt to follow and lets you submit a question without re-entering your identifying information.
