You can now raise money every time you buy things online. You buy the same products from the same retailers, and it won’t cost you a penny more. 

What’s not to love

To get started, just add the Donation Reminder to your browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari). It takes less than 30 seconds.

Whether you’re booking holidays and hotels, or buying clothes, computers, furniture and pretty much anything the internet has to offer, you’ll find top retailers that will donate.

You can also download the GoRaise app onto your mobile.

It’s my job to help Barnardos raise as much money as possible from their supporters. 

To become a GoRaise fundraising legend, all you need to do is install the donation reminder or mobile app.

This simply reminds you to collect a donation every time you visit a GoRaise retailer that will donate.

It has been a few weeks since you registered with GoRaise to support Barnardos.  

As I may have mentioned before, I'm here to help and I'm just a bit concerned that we may not have explained things clearly and you've run away.

It really is a simple process to raise money for Barnardos, and importantly, it doesn't cost you a thing!  It's the retailer that pays the donation as a thank you for your custom.

As a reminder, here's how it works:

Before you want to buy something online:

1. Log in to GoRaise www.goraise.co.uk 
2. Search for a product/retailer
3. Once you have found the retailer you want, click ‘Go Shopping’
4. You will be redirected to the retailer's site to shop as normal (NB: this will open in a new window)

Or you can simply install the Donation Reminder, which will mean you don't need to visit GoRaise before you buy anything. You'll get a handy reminder message pop up when you visit a GoRaise retailer.

If you make a purchase, you will receive an email notification to let you know how much of a donation you have generated for Barnardos.  We collect this from the retailer and pass it on.

There are thousands of retailers to choose from, including the likes of John Lewis, Topman, Debenhams, Argos, Hotels.com, Marks & Spencer, Boots and many more!

If you could give it a quick try, I'll then know you're still on board and I'll be able to sleep easy tonight!!

A quick story....

One day a very kind and wise person by the name of Jon, signed up to a fantastical website that would help them raise money for Barnardos every time they shop online. 

It felt like magic. Jon thought it was too good to be true. But it wasn't.

Jon could buy the same things at the same price, but now they could raise money at the same time! 

Then, one day...............

OK, I'll leave the ending of this story up to you. Will it be a sad ending with lots of missed donations, or will Jon, in their lead role, start using GoRaise and become a fundraising hero?
